Unfortunately the delay is a due legal process so no standard $50k for Venture under normal circumstances. The applicant [Tarkine National Coalition Inc] does have to pay some reasonable expenses, and has already done so to EPA and I think another party involved. Also they stuffed up some bits and pieces and provision was at their cost.
Their website is pretty much begging for donations at the moment.
