Hey all, whats cooking... oh yeah.. AJX

Ive read some really cool posts from littlegreenman, and Pinto and Bonkers and they have asked some questions looking for some sort of clarity which I thought were good, so I decided to take the credit on them (Sorry guys HA-HA) and call up Nick and put it out there.

In his normal (not to to say to much self) he indicated some things. Let me see if I can get it down easily enough

The lobbyist - They are on a monthly billing cycle but what he did say is that when they don't do anything they don't bill him. I did mention that 600K number and he said certainly not. The figure might have been grouped into a "marketing and lobbying category" He said he would get back to me on it but i didn't want him to worry. IMO if it cost 1M for a lobbyist to get 50M then its worth it. He also said that the new NED is perfect because he now doesn't bill and assists with work in the background. What is cool is he said that they are speaking with a General for another spot as a NED.....AWESOME

FRACU - This was the one that got me excited. Everybody on here has got it right. From what i can read into it, there is one , potentially two things to hit before the end of 2014. One is a possible sale and the other (FRACU) pending everything works out the way it should, is suppose to show something game changing stuff leading into 2015.

Anyway, that's what I got from the call. You know, if you want to talk to him he takes the time to speak to anyone. Even average guys like me. All I know is I'm PUMPED, and your all spot on, something cool is about to happen or going to be said before the year is out to start 2015 with a bang.
