A lot of people think we will get the FRACU contract(s) before year's end.

Using TenCate as an example, they developed Defender M in 2006 and were awarded the contracts in March, 2007 (FRACU) and August, 2007 (FROG).

Amendment to the Berry Act for fire-resistant rayon fiber (NDAA 2008, Sec. 827) was in 2008 and has been extended once from 2011 to Jan. 1, 2015 (F.Y. for the DoD runs from Oct. 1, 2014 to Sept. 30, 2015).

I'm not providing an opinion, just information btw.

Buuuuut, imo we'll get the contracts sometime in January (there may be a trial period before we really get stuck in).
