With the US senate to vote on the second bail out package in 40 min the charts are interesting. Last night the US managed to cap the action at the same level they were at when the first bail out failed. They have also formed a bearish wedge in prepararion for the vote. Either way the vote goes, it's ready to blow. The vote will determine the direction.
