I went back and had a look at the posts again. I think I know where Scott made his dreadful mistake.

I said "as fair".

I think he read it as "is fair".

It really does change the tone of the post and makes it look like I condone death threats. Pity he didn't read the post properly the first, second or third time he read it.

You would think someone who is as smart as Scott thinks he is would have twigged when I denied his accusation that he must have misread something. I wonder if he will concede his mistake, seeing I'm pretty sure I've worked out where his mind failed him.
