Impat1, interesting. Why don't you mail him back and state that as a Lynas SH you are very concerned that Lynas is "cutting corners" and could he please provide some detail as to where this is occurring.
He's probably not silly enough to put anything specific in writing but you never know. Would be entertaining to hear how he tries to justify that slur regardless.
