Yes, I have to agree with you there.

Darryl Cuzzubbo when questioned about this in Feb this year, claimed he has never seen a remuneration more aligned with shareholder value???

I guess he has never owned shares?

Because in my time, as per your post, I have lost 34%, whereby one of Darryl’s milestones was reached!!

So he gets 20% of a his value! Plus, might I add, he gets his shares at a lower price. It hasn’t been established!!!

So hear this one, he gets the shares ( while we loss 34%) in addition to the lower the SP it goes, the more he gets!!!

But there is more!!!!

We now raise a monster amount of shares at the worst possible time, due to him handing back shares to shorters, and so now we loss another 30% in dilution!

Madness, and shock!! And horror show!!!

Again, I’m not always negative, you can read my posts over many years, but when there is a massive issue, whether I have shares or not, I consider myself to tell it as it is - and many times I outline the negative although I am well and truly long. This is a sh*tshow!
