....and Canaccord lowered the price target just after they did this.
Not to mention the diltuion created helps the CEO accumulate more shares over the 4 tranches.
Once the project is complete he will have them all and will get a nice appreciation in value. By then existing shareholders will be diluted to oblivion. If we do have an increase in our investment value, it wion't be anywehere near what it could have been.
I hope shareholders will take the few minutes required to vote against the reumneration when you get your AGM instructions.
