In fact from what's reported on what ILU's CEO is saying that's exactly the case he (ILU's boss) is trying to use the media to help.
I have other shares where what you say about lack of reporting* is true, and I call it like this
"True but it was always going to be the case of a project this size.They just need to make an announcement and that stems from making progress."
