He receives them, on meeting the milestone at 20c. So he gets 800% his yearly remuneration on each of the five milestones.
so basically $1.1M each milestones paid in shares at the value of 20c. It doesnt matter what the SP is when he reaches the milestone he still gets 5.5M shares. So if he makes an absolute meal of the company, but gets the milestone across the line, he still gets 5.5M shares!
