Historically management has been arrogant, gives the appearance of regarding shareholders with disdain, and has very poor communication skills. It is trading at its all time lows, and investors in the May placement are down 40% and October placement 10%. Those who bought a year ago down 90%.
Sure falling REE places have played a part, but management and the Curtis must accept most of the blame.
I am voting against ALL resolutions as a guesture of protest and I urge others to do the same.
