Refugees aren't our problem. They don't elect members of our parliament, they don't pay taxes, and they don't belong or contribute to this society, and in fact cost us money and resources and should be grateful we even take an interest in them, as their own countries do not. They shouldn't be on our list of high priorities.

I never supported it. Howard was cruel and evil in the way he dealt with his fellow human beings. Also was a warmonger with his mate George bush. We are still all paying for that episode. Weapons of mass destruction lol We must be better than that. These people deserve our compassion and we must help all of them to come here and set them up in jobs and give them the many oversupply of housing we have. we are a rich country and must share what we have. It is the right thing to do.
