Strange trading today.

Is someone trying to keep the price down? They put a sell in, but instead of going just under the next in line, ie 69, when the next in order is 70, they are placing a sell at 68. Earlier on someone kept dropping their sell order, down to 66 when with some patience they would have got 69-70.

Hope that makes sense. I have watched the trading much recently, so would be interested in comments.
