Good post raybot, so will you be investing more of your capital without knowing what is going on and whether management can stick to their timelines? Knowing that commercialisation is the main game, how long will it be till we achieve this? Can you be confident in NLC/India commercialising our tech? What happens if that falls through? Do you think management are confident in proceeding in India? Did we do our due diligence or have contingencies in place if India failed? NMDC had already severely hampered one Australian company. How much did we spend in this whole process? How much did our Indian partners contribute? What are our yearly fees? When will we need to do another cap raise? If NLC is so keen and seeing what NMDC has done to our partnership are they on the front foot and helping find another partner? Are they keen to see us succeed or are they hoping that maybe they can pick up our tech on the cheap? NLC and NMDC still had the option of us contributing one third, with the economics of coldry and matmor surely they would be happy to use our techs for their benefit without worrying about royalties. Was money the issue, surely it is in India? It is easy to say it wasn't managements fault, but this process went over years, if there was a financial stipulation when ongoing delays occured(and there were many!!) to give us some safety(even NMDC asked for a bond... but we couldn't) we wouldn't be in this situation. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but it is a recurring theme.
