Just got a phone call fron DR Lakshman Jayaweera thanking me for the proxy votes I passsed on to him.
He said we should have the numbers, Howards days are numbered, so looking forward this year to new management and a focus on the business on hand, and not how much money can we suck from the shareholders for our retirements.
The reality is , if you do a good job managing a company the shareholders won,t care how much you are paid as long as you return value to them.
