Personally I hope HR does resign. Having watched QMN's SP for the last week it is obvious people are wating to see what happens at the EGM. If Lakshman gets in expect the SP to go up and up, if HR stays look out.

So I hope HR will do what is right and step down for the good of the company and shareholders (won't hold my breath though). We need new blood to take this company where it belongs.
