totally agree - what bang are you getting for your buck here - ummm well:

1) SH shy management;
2) no return on investment for at least 12 months and even then ????;
3) no update on Hexima product development - yes there was a common officeholder between the two companies for a while there till he appears to have resigned from one position;
4) capital gains - yeah right!!!!;
5) pipeline projects just commencing on a number of fronts after years of "false starts";
6) highly paid staffers with "in-house" determined bonuses - why would anyone want to rock the boat which goes against SH value IMO;
7) ENTERING generic market - but with the high overheads I can't see how they will price match with other generic brands. In addition - the generic formulations they are attempting have already competing products out there in the market place so will need to spend a motza on marketing - and in the past Eli doing the marketing so how effective will ACR be doing their own marketing =- yeah right!;
8) as numerous posters mentioned - LACK of FAITH in current management!!!!

As for Gray - would love to have had him as an ally here and have him vote down the remuneration packages etc prior to selling down. The firm has the power to do something here effective not only for themselves but for all SH's but opt to sell down. I would've stuck it to management - why? - because not only does it appear that the fund has no return on investment but capital losses to boot - so why take that crap??? anyhow all to there own i guess.
And noted in the substantial SH notice from Gray that there were a few buys & sells for same share numbers and prices - so appears they are trying a "orderly" sell down so IMO SP will tank once they are out!
