Dear buddy, the CPSA was initially set up to support RC and his board members, the CPSA were informed of concerns associated with performance and failed to act.

I see the CPSA as being totally irrelevant and based on the stabbing in the back on the misplaced 2012 event, the CPSA should be looked upon with a high level of suspicion unless they imminently come out and provide their plans in regards to total removal of board and replacement with others.

I can not see CPSA having the ability to do this with their past alignment and support of RC and his board
