It is probably best to give David some time to respond. Ie I have been communicating with him, and we don’t want to get him offside with many emails that may in some cases be off track. If you receive some emails from me, please be aware that I do not have permission to pass on these email addresses.

If David receives 20 random emails that takes from his time from investigating, that is not good for anyone.

We do not want to get offside with the parties that can bring to account. Particularly as the thought is that once ASIC provides its finding you can take this to lawyers.

Thought is good though FoX, just not this party.
