It is probably best to give David some time to respond. Ie I have been communicating with him, and we don’t want to get him offside with many emails that may in some cases be off track. If David receives 20 random emails that takes from his time from investigating, that is not good for anyone.
We do not want to get offside with the parties that can bring to account. Particularly as the thought is that once ASIC provides its finding you can take this to lawyers.
