They will pass it to Sanlam Private Wealth like they did with the TSN raise.
They will get a few funds to take a position. I know the fundies and they are all over flowing with cash so a small punt with a free oppie and the opportunity to flick it in a few months with a 30% return is easy money. That could see them exit at 3.6 for a 30% gain and with a free option thrown in for nothing.
