The Municipal College informs the population that an authorization to create and operate a class II establishment was granted on February 14, 2024 by the Federal Nuclear Control Agency to TELIX PHARMACEUTICALS (Belgium) for an establishment located Rue Jules Bordet 55 at 7180 Seneffe.

The authorization entered into force on February 15, 2024 and is issued until February 14, 2039.

Authorization No. B-0301462 of February 13, 2022 issued by the Federal Nuclear Control Agency has been revoked since February 15, 2024. Anyone interested can consult every working day: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (+ from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. only by appointment made at least 24 hours in advance). Closed on Thursday. It is also possible to make an appointment with the environmental advisor on 064/52.17.20 or 28.

In accordance with articles 7.7 and 69 of the royal decree of July 20, 2001 relating to the general regulations for the protection of the population, workers and the environment against the danger of ionizing radiation, an appeal against this decision is open to the Minister of the Interior within thirty calendar days from the date of posting (February 23, 2024) of this decision at the headquarters of the operation. The appeal must be lodged at the following address:
