The catalyst will be the signing of a credible JV partner. The market will jump on board when a JV partner invests in the belief of everybody in this forum. The longer it takes the lower the share price will drift but also the more explosive the rerating. I think that the eventual announcement of a JV partner will catch all the pundits off guard and come from left field. I would pick a mid-drill SP of about .40 (without SB and NE Waller).
