So FAR management just sat on their backsides for four weeks, did not bother to consider all options and now decide after the 30 days, gee we better act now???
Turn it up, they would know the ins and outs of the company's options to PE having sought all sorts of advice. And that announcement would not have been made under any circumstances if they weren't pretty confident and under legal advisement where they stood in regards to this.
None of us know the true finer details of this dispute. All we can do now is await the outcome of what will be some form of mediation.
