Why would their government want a micro cap penny dread at $400m ruin this operation? Wpl is the real deal with the funding to get this up and running. FAR cannot fund it without a miracle of significant dilution. The stake WPL bought is worth more than FARs entire market capitalisation anyway.
Tell em to get stuffed and get on with development. It's costing the Senegalese government money.
