I'm guessing that is more of a rant/tantrum and you don't really want to be corrected?
You do know that minnow has been there for a decade working closely with the Senegal Government? There will be no delays despite what Woodside has suggested (government won't allow it) and money is no issue as there are bigger majors sniffing around for some action?
Sometimes you just need to let all the frustration out and don't let the reality of the situation get you down. You haven't lost it all like Frank Timis yet so there is always hope.
