The way I'm looking at now is If COP was going to allow a reset of the PE it would have been done already as there is no real point in not doing that, so the longer it goes on in talks up to the point of arbitration the more likely it will end up in being some sort of settlement not a reset of the PE IMO.

I doubt either party would be keen on putting this in front of the courts as if it does get there it could go in favour of either of them and WPL certainly wouldn't be keen on those odds ..I suspect there will be a lot of phone calls between COP and WPL at the moment....like give those niggling little FAR B@#$@#s a decent bone and get them off our backs....
