The only time a foreign organisation needs to be concerned is if it is seen as part of the problem, that is, ripping the country of it's wealth and not contributing to its communities in a positive way. Then, any opposition will ensure this as part of their platform to gain public support. As far as i am aware, FAR has no major issue in regards to this and it is common practice to provide funds or aid to all major political parties.
