The following image was not depicted for the benefit of oil leases or companies, but proper based satellite imagery. Arguable till the cows come home to the shape in which an artist impression of the shelf is viewed, and can be altered.

I may be well wrong here, but to my interpretation the shelf marginally kicks back to the east as we approach the Gambian border. The A2 and possibly a portion of the A5 block appear to be a little more shelf orientated than A1. The Senegal SOSP block looks to be the cream, followed by A4 providing oil is discovered. The cost achieved at a look into 2 and 5 is nothing short of outstanding.
