Why?? you say.
Are you at all aware that we're dealing with 2 different farm-outs (one with Cairn, the other ConocoPhillips). Each is committed to drill their wells to obtain their farm-in %. The well locations are NOT ON TOP of each other. It's different play types altogether. Really illogical reasoning.
How can ConocoPhilips, at this late stage WALK away when it's committed to a $100mil drill and which is to be drilled "back-to-back". Don't you think that there will be serious repercussions for breach of contracts. Get real.
