Too avoid the risk of PE going either way, compensation before judgement in the region of $100 mil to FAR to drop PE would be an acceptable starting point.
Then let’s move on, that on its own would eliminate concerns of a CR and finance to development.
Cushioning FAR through to first oil should be the main objective in my opinion.
