As has been posted many times the show must go on, regardless of arbitration, and it looks to be doing so from the outside.
Again I said from the outside the exploitation plan approval delay blindsided CNE, from their own announcements were expecting to have approval before now. I'm hopeful arbitration will not delay, and we will get approval sooner rather than later, and can FID and get the show on the road to FAR having income. This will change FAR's fortunes forever, IF we get there.
Can WPL FID without title certainty? I hope so, and just maybe the arette allows this to happen?
No one wants first oil more than long suffering FAR holders, and I assume the rest of the JV..... whom ever they end up being. DB
