    Why are Senegal taking so long to ratify the COP WPL deal ? and why has FAR not announced a CR before the Senegal announcement ?
    You would think that if bad news was to come we would now be topping up the kitty.
    Silence on both fronts could indicate that something mega is brewing and that they could both be connected !
