FAR had 30 days to PE.....they did not.
The government had 60 days to object....they did not
Mediation has come to nought.
FAR say NO to arbitration.
DJ IS in dispute.
CAP raise is very close regardless that FAR says fully funded.
They are not lying but playing with words.
FAR will not let their balance drop below $25m
