You are of course assuming that FAR being in the JV don't know any of the rules that governs it and are ignorant of the dealings with the Senegal gov't. That I would really find very hard to believe, in view of the fact that they were the original party before CNE and COP; and if they do work under that condition, they would not have got this FAR.

COP, WPL and CNE can shoot their mouths off now only because they have nothing more to lose, whereas FAR has everything to lose; huge difference.
