I cannot, in the same way I cannot give you any evidence on the Ophir dispute, Ophir didn't acknowledge FARs claim once the time had expired, FAR continue to claim negotiations for years. Now it looks like a repeat at DJ, CAP in Q3 mentioned the deal, Q4, no mention, Q1 again no mention

Sure - I could end up being proven wrong on DJ, but it looks all too similar to L9 and Trace Atlantic/CAP seems to be adopting Ophirs stratergy of ignoring FAR and their claim to the right to farmin.
