My way of thinking, everything is for sale, it's just a matter of the $$$'s.
Currently, my back of envelope calc tells me that at a SP of 32c, FAR is still a good buy for WPL, when you consider DJ (allow 100 mil) and the last upgrade. They must also be aware of your 3s scenario as well.
Must admit, longer this drags on the more it looks like full PE by FAR.
So what is a price that would make you smile and sway you to may be?
