While there might only be modest buying while the shorter is happy to help fill the orders at the current price why wouldn't you let him.
But just have a look at the short graph.
These situations can go on for a seemingly long time but they can't go on forever.
I agree the rubber band feels like it is getting tighter and tighter.
As for those thinking that the COP WPL situation is all quite innocent.
