Yes it's sad these guys cannot play by the rules. Here is a country trying to make their nation a better place to live in for it's people and this lot are squabbling over legalities to feather their nest.
Not a very good look to the man in the street. IMO
Hope when it comes down to it the government give them a lecture on how to play by the rules.
The final victory will be the arbitrator rejecting the deal on the grounds that it is not ethical or fair to Senegal or the other JV partners.
