There is some chatter about the Decree,but IMO this has taken far too long for a done deal.It seems to me that the problem is with the current political situation in Senegal.
The Presdident,asIunderstand cannot be re elected for a third term under the constitution,coupled with various other dissents,I feelthis renewal of the Decree is not a fait accompli. I am sure management are biting their fingernails.What happens with a new President not enamoured to the Far story,or perhaps, more importantly not on the piece of string!
Im afraid the shareholders are but just mushrooms.
