The luxury of not being a forced seller. Problem always with FAR was that they didn’t take the opportunity to “bulk” up the balance sheet with a substantial equity raise back when the old share price was at 12c (pre consolidation) and was buoyant. It was always likely that the devel would proceed but they didn’t raise the equity at that opportunity…..too busy pursuing litigation IMHO. Fast forward to devel stage and they then presented to the debt market a financing structure that was too levered hence why it fell over.
