FAR are notindebted to PC or WPL.
WPL has lent neither funding nor goods of valuable consideration to FAR, and, as such, are not creditors to FAR.
If and when a cash call ensues, as per the JV agreements surrounding FID, then FAR will either meet their prescribed obligations, or not.
