re: how much for directors shares Just remember that if IKL bought on market they would have to declare substantial holdings( expose themselves) at around 6% and we would probably get to know more about who they are address etc.
I also think that they need to declare changes to substantial holdings. If they were to do this each day then holders would wise up and the sel side could get a little dry ... so might quickly hit 55 cents.
