senetas suspended again, page-23

re: how much for directors shares As ikl is a "special purpose" investment company as stated in announcement ,was it set up solely for this Senetas deal? why could the announcement not have disclosed full information about this nebulous company and its significant investors and also the price the directors were getting for their shares. Michael West in the Australian says 55cents but I can find nothing in the announcement which states the price the directors received. There will have to be a change of directors interest notice soon then at least we will find out.
