re: how much for directors shares Perhaps they don't want it north of 55 cents . They must have known that the profit announcement would attract negative press and reaction .
These guys have sold a large swathe of shares just before a profit downgrade, which is materially different from the one given in the Chairmans speech and release a week or so ago.

IKL must know also about the accounts. They were aware of the Chairmans speech and no doubt were present at the Meeting .


You never know who writes on these chat rooms either . There are ambiguous downrampers here who have a somewhat sociopathic agenda, or a job to do .

So IKL wants bulk shares, knows the current price, knows what it chose to pay, knows the state of management and business payments, no doubt knows what the media writes, and no doubt knows this forum's opinions (as the media and announcements have referred to it before) .

I reckon IKL would be mad not to take up the opportunity to buy on market and average down. Maybe they are ? Maybe they knew a sell down was coming ?
