why would sxy sell to dls to give them over 40% and then use the cash to up the bid when dls have now over 51% ????
I bought dls yesterday but still hold acn , I prob think the bid will be raised to 29.5 cents to take out the stragglers but then again , there are no counter offers , dls have over 51% and will gain board positions ,then again they will have to hit 90% for full takeover so maybe I'll wait on selling acn until we get some drilling results...all getting too hard...
maybe beach may step in with a higher bid/script offer for the remainder of acn in a partnership with dls...they do have other farmins together on a 60/40 basis...BG have a blocking stake in DLS and have some moolah after selling off part of the lng asset..maybe BG will be the big brother for pel218/atp855 it is looking for...down the track there could be a consortium of BPT/DLS in most of the cooper basin with big brother BG doing the heavy lifting....
its only just starting in the coopers...
