unfortunately sxy is not like all stocks, dow Jones going nuts is the scenario you want in the background for the share price to rise but hasn't budged sxy. It's a pity because the Dow is due for a fall and sxy has no buffer built into it so will capitulate if that happens . Everyone's waiting for the flow rates and if they don't impress this stock will fall heavily, it's taken far to long .
