Despite the media saying otherwise, the Saudi's will be doing everything in their power to keep oil below $50.

It is going to be hard times for all of us until things change. Don't expect much until early 2016. And then it will be incremental.

I would love to see the Saudi's capitulate. Oil would go back to $100 plus. The Shalers' would be happy and the world's alternatives ( especially gas ) could be developed more rapidly. Basically everybody would be happy. ( We could start walking again! )...and the Saudi's could sell it later at $200.

But wait we must. A 30% haircut would not go amiss. 10% to be reinstated upon return to profit.
