    Tui, thanks for that. Ian is a great bloke, I haven't met a better MD in all of the companies I have been involved in. The thing about this bloke is he has a open mind to new ideas, shareholders are in good hands. IMO this company has endless potential.

    Speaking of hiring the best, have you met the new exploration manager? Enough said...
