    Fully underwritten project finance debt package for Sengkang power plant 120MW expansion received and equipment contracts awarded...

    Standard Chartered and Mizuho banks have approved finance.

    60MW Gas turbine scheduled to be operational in Q3 2011. 60MW steam turbine scheduled for Q3 2012.

    Contracts have been entered in to with all the main players.
